Payment is made within 10 days of accepting the offer — to your account or directly to the repair shop. If the deadline is missed, you are entitled to late-payment penalties of 0.2% per day.

If you sold your car or deregistered it, you can request cancellation of your RCA policy and a pro-rata refund for the remaining period.
You need: a cancellation request, the RCA policy, proof of sale or deregistration certificate, and your IBAN for the refund.
The refund is made within 15 days of submitting all documents. The premium cannot be refunded if a claim has been paid or reported under the policy.
